The Schaeffler Middle East FZE vision has come to reality!

It was January 2009 when plot number S10125 was just a barren land. Since then, under the direct supervision of SME’s Managing Director, Mr. Ioannis Marios Vrantzoglou, together with the assistance of Mr. Ousama Abu Khader (AAM Director of Sales & Marketing) and Mr. Uwe Schindler (Director Finance), the empty land is now the new house to its growing number of staff and the Schaeffler Automotive and Industrial products, LuK, INA, FAG, Ruville, ATE & KBC.

Year 2005 when we started in a 25 sq. mtr. room to visualize Schaeffler Group’s vision and mission, to distribute the latest automotive parts innovation in the Middle East region. The penetration of LuK/INA/FAg brands in the Middle East have been accepted by our clients and the demand has grown rapidly since then.

The capacity of our previous warehouse in the South Zone were not sufficient to hold our customers orders and incoming traffic of goods from all our factories in the world, a warehouse space in the Free Zone has been leased to accommodate our requirements.

Today, our new warehouse is 2,000 m2 with a capacity of 2,120 pallets which carries the LuK, INA, FAG, Ruville, ATE, KBC Brands. The new SME offices consists of Ground, First and Second Level with a floor area of 1,800 m2 . These offices are having enough space that can accommodate more than 50 people.

By January 2010, we will be flying in delegations from Germany to strengthen the logistics strategy and warehouse efficiency and put a new system in place similar to that of our Headquarters standard. The new warehouse is dedicated to serve our customers in the whole Middle East and North African (MENA) Region.

We have a complete team ready to serve you, motivated and well experienced Customer Services and Supply Chain Management lead by Mrs. Hema Kapasi, our Senior Manager for CS & SCM. She will make sure you get your goods delivered on time and maximize the efficiency of our Logistics Team.
